- Are CPAs from Big 8/5/4 firms or MBAs from top schools
- Have successful experience within Fortune 1000 companies, generally at a manager level or above

- Are able to acclimate quickly to new industries and work environments
- Have strong leadership skills but can take direction and participate in or manage teams
- Have experience meeting tight, specific deadlines
- Have worked in complex systems environments
- Are comfortable interacting with senior management
