DLC Announces New Hire: Lance Lugsdin

Woodland Hills, CA. – July 31, 2006 – DLC , the leader in helping companies transform ideas into action, one project at a time, today announced that Lance Lugsdin has joined the company as a Financial Consultant and Advisor. Mr. Lugsdin brings more than 22 years of financial and accounting experience to DLC. Mr. Lugsdin will focus on providing DLC clients with leading consultant expertise in the financial areas of reporting and general accounting, planning and analysis, audit and internal controls, manufacturing operations, and sales and marketing operations.

Mr. Lugsdin comes to DLC from ConAgra Foods Ltd., where he served as the Director of Finance of Global Markets. Prior to joining ConAgra, he held the positions of Finance Director and Director of Financial Reporting, among other General Management positions, with Glaxo Smithkline Inc.

Mr. Lugsdin received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Western Ontario, a top business school in Canada. He also holds degrees as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA).
