Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the development of restaurant level financial plans and the establishment of key operating targets across company and franchise restaurants. Charted roadmap for offsetting inflationary pressures and achieving profit growth targets.
- Developed and implemented company wide business review process; developed tools and processes to drive margin capture at the restaurant level; formalized business review discipline from restaurant level to CEO.
